FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions
An “account” is effectively the “administrator”. He can register, log in, create “users”, create questions and questionnaires and subsequently evaluate the questionnaires completed by the “users”. The “Account” can assign different rights to the “Users”.
A “User” is created by the “Account”. The user can fill out questionnaires on a smartphone, tablet or PC. In addition, according to the rights assigned to the “Account”, the user can create questions and questionnaires, take over user administration and evaluate questionnaires.
The account enters its account name under “Account” and its password under “Password”.
The user needs to log in:
- the account name
- the username
- the corresponding user password
- Save file (here you can save files up to 2 MB)
- Dropdown list (the choices must be entered by the question creator. They can also be used as email address/s)
- Multiple selection (the choices must be entered as for “Dropdown list”. They can also be used as e-mail address/s)
- Percent (max. 100%); optionally rounded to whole % or with slider).
- Text (input possible in all languages, can be used as e-mail address or can also be read as QR or bar code)
- Number (“from – to” can be predefined, readable as bar-/QR-code, optional counter button, slider or only whole numbers)
Optional question properties/question components:
- Mandatory (mandatory question)
- Attach photo
- Attach video (license extension)
- Attach location
- All operating systems, such as Windows, iOS, Android, Linux, etc.
- all browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera
Depending on your device, you can download the app from either the Apple Store or Google Play.
Unlimited. You can create as many questions as you want. Depending on the license type, only the number of questionnaires is limited.
The QMApp can be used in all industries regardless of company size, time or location (global). You can immediately download, modify and use prefabricated questionnaires for selected industries (path: Questionnaires – Prefabricated questionnaires).

Yes. Immediate testing of questionnaires from six different industries (incl. PDF report) can be tested online on the homepage: www.universaldata.eu/unisol/.
This will give you an idea of the wide range of possible uses.
Yes. To create the questions and questionnaires, you must log in to the web and have an internet connection. If you as a user fill in questionnaires on a PC (web), an internet connection is necessary.
Filling out the questionnaires on a smartphone or tablet is also possible without an Internet connection.
Yes. The data is stored encrypted in the database. Only with the help of your account or user password they can be decrypted.
No. Our company philosophy: Your data belongs to you and no one else!
Your created data (including metadata) can be decrypted only by you with your password.
Data remains stored for one year. The data remains encrypted on the QMApp server. However, we reserve the right to permanently delete the data after one year in the case of expired licenses.

Yes. Filling out the questionnaires using the app also works OFFLINE.
ATTENTION: If you collect the data offline, it will not be transferred until you have an internet connection again. If the data transfer fails, it can be reactivated manually by clicking the corresponding icon in the toolbar. Otherwise, the data is transferred when the app is restarted.
Yes. Several people can access the QMApp with the same user name even with different end devices (smartphone, tablet).
No. You can still view all transferred data via the web.
The reason for the failure of a transmission can be, for example, a missing or very poor Internet connection. Causes can be large amounts of data (images or videos).
Try the transfer again when you have a good internet connection. Either restart the app or click the toolbar icon in the app.
Either your Internet connection is poor or the data to be transferred is very large, such as many pictures or videos.
