Christian Viechtbauer, a native of Gmund and resident of Bad Ischl, has been working for the company “universalsolutions GmbH” in Digital Quality Management in Sales since March 2022. His focus is, among other things, on the implementation of new digital hygiene concepts with the QMApp. Since December 2022, the 49-year-old sales manager has been one of four certified “QMApp Experts” we would like to introduce here:
When and where were you born?
19.11.1973 in Gmunden
How long have you been in sales and what do you enjoy most about it?
I have been in sales since 2002. Establishing contact with so many people and getting to know them better still gives me great pleasure. This has also developed into lasting friendships over the past 20 years.
How long have you been working with the QMApp and why?
Since 1.3.2022. Since the first minute Roland Schimpke showed me the software, I have developed an enthusiasm that has not let me go.
What else do you do professionally?
I support my daughter in Gmunden in her own business, the LeBurger.
What would you like to tell us about your family?
I have a wonderful wife who has accompanied and supported me for over 25 years. Through your help I was able to achieve a lot professionally. Our 24-year-old daughter Laura is our greatest pride. She has already achieved a great deal.
What’s your favorite thing to do? What hobbies do you have?
I love to go hiking with my family and enjoy nature.
What is your concern as a QMApp sales manager?
I want to provide help and support in a way that satisfies our customers.
Your best moment at QMApp?
When Roland Schimpke and Jens Reindl – the two founders of the company “universalsolutions GmbH” – and I decided to go this way together.
Your best success at QMApp?
This is a difficult question for me to answer. Every cooperation with customers and every new customer I can convince of the QMApp is a nice success or moment for me.
Where do you see the QMApp in ten years?
I am convinced that in ten years we will be one of the leading QM system providers and that we will have many satisfied, long-term regular customers.
Which company would you most like to equip with the QMApp?
I think that I would love to equip ALL companies with it that are looking for a perfect solution.
What makes you laugh?
Since I am a very positive person, I can laugh about a lot of things. This is very fast.
