Universal Solutions certified a “QMApp Expert” for excellence for the first time on 10/10/22 with Hans Willemsen from Refresco. Hans Willemsen has been working at Refresco’s Sittard plant for 16 years. The father of two children started in production in 2006 and successfully took over the management of the laboratory. For more than a year, Hans has been responsible for the implementation of the QMApp in the Refresco Group.

How do I become a QMApp Expert?

The prerequisite to receive the “QMApp Expert” certification is the successful implementation and support of the QMApp for at least 12 months. The implementation must be extensive. The result must be significant measurable added value for the company.

Savings in the millions

At Refresco, a significant reduction in the number of internal error messages has been measurable since the introduction of the QMApp. The plant has also been able to reduce the number of cans blocked per block many times over. “Thus, with the help of the QMApp, we were able to achieve cost savings in the millions for Refresco,” says a delighted Hans Willemsen, the newly appointed “QMApp Expert”.
