Throughout Austria, dealers of the Suzuki car company collect “dealer data” once a week using the QMApp. “Suzuki Austria” thus ensures a uniform data structure for the whole of Austria. Every Suzuki dealer has access to standardized questionnaires at any time with the QMApp. This allows him to record all customer activities, such as the number of test drives per vehicle type, on his mobile device or on the web app and transmit them directly to headquarters in Salzburg.
